- Location: 7.5 Miles Southeast of La Veta, CO. Huerfano County, San Carlos Ranger District
- Jurisdiction: US Forest Service
- Resources: US Forest Service resources have assessed the incident and have determined that the fire is in the Spanish Peaks Wilderness. Due to the rugged terrain and low spread potential fire management will monitor the fire and allow it to naturally suppress. Resources will continue to be vigilante of the Little Echo Fire and patrol the area.
- Containment: 100% Natural out on 9/07/2023 @ 3:36 pm. for .10 acre. Resources have been monitoring the Little Echo Fire and no movement of fire or smoke has been showing. The area also received significant amount of rain over the last week. The fire has been declared as naturally out.

Update 8/25/2023 4:30 pm: Little Echo Fire showing very little smoke and minimal growth on the incident. The area on and around the fire has received light precipitation. Crews will continue to monitor and patrol the area.
